For quick access to your account 24*7, all you need is a 4 digit T-Pin. A T-Pin is required while using phone-banking services.

  • You can select a T-Pin of your choice when you call our ING Vysya (now Kotak) Customer Service Line on any of the numbers listed above
  • A confirmation will be sent to you via SMS or email when you select and generate a
    T-Pin
  • Please memorize your T-Pin and keep it confidential. If you want to change it to a number of your choice, please call the Customer Service Line

  • This T-Pin is different from the PIN required for using the ATMs
  • This T-Pin allows you to operate all your accounts with ING Vysya (now Kotak) Bank
